Our Solutions
Three ways to get your IT sorted. All delivered by a senior IT professional, not a junior with a checklist.
What You Get
A one-on-one review of your entire IT setup. I look at security, backups, infrastructure, user access, and operations. You get a written report within 48 hours with a ranked list of what to fix, how hard each fix is, and what it will roughly cost.
What It Covers
- ✓Security assessment: MFA, password policies, admin access, email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), endpoint protection
- ✓Backup and recovery review: what is backed up, how often, and whether anyone has tested a restore
- ✓Infrastructure overview: cloud services, on-prem equipment, hardware age, licensing
- ✓User management review: onboarding, offboarding, shared accounts, former employee access
- ✓Prioritized action plan ranked by actual risk, with effort and cost estimates
How It Works
- 01You fill out a short intake form (5 minutes)
- 02We do a 60-minute video call where I walk through your setup
- 03I write the report using your specific details (not a generic template)
- 04You receive the report within 48 hours as a PDF
- 05Optional: 30-minute follow-up call to discuss findings

This Is For You If
Businesses with 5 to 100 employees who have never had an outside review of their IT, or who know things are messy but do not know where to start.

Book a Free Intro CallHow It Works
Four steps. The first one is free.
Book a Free Intro Call
We talk about your business, your IT setup, and what is keeping you up at night. I will tell you honestly whether an audit makes sense. No sales pitch. If it is not a fit, I will say so.
- →Tell me about your team size and industry
- →Walk me through your current IT setup in plain terms
- →Share your biggest IT worry right now
- →I will tell you what I would look at and what it costs
We Conduct the Audit
A structured video call where I walk through your IT setup piece by piece. Security, backups, infrastructure, user access, operations. I ask the questions. You answer honestly. I take notes.
- →Screen share so I can see configurations firsthand
- →Structured walkthrough of six key areas
- →I ask follow-up questions based on what I see
- →You do not need to prepare anything technical
You Receive Your Report
A professional written report lands in your inbox. Not a generic template. A document written specifically about your setup, with your numbers, your risks, and a clear plan of what to fix first.
- →Executive summary your board can read
- →Findings rated Critical, Important, or Recommended
- →Each fix includes effort estimate and rough cost
- →Specific to your business, not a cookie-cutter report
We Help You Fix It
Most clients want help after the audit. I offer monthly retainers where I check in, track your progress, answer questions, and flag new risks. Some clients also hire me to do the fixes directly.
- →Monthly check-in calls (30 minutes)
- →Priority support between calls
- →Quarterly progress reports
- →Implementation help if you want it
Common Questions
How is this different from what an MSP offers?
An MSP wants to manage your IT long-term. I give you an independent assessment with no strings attached. Think of it like getting a home inspection before you hire a contractor.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The call is a conversation, not a technical interrogation. If you can describe your setup in plain English ("we use Microsoft 365, our internet comes from Shaw, we have about 30 people"), that is enough.
Does location matter?
No. Everything is done over video call, so it does not matter where you are based. Scheduling is handled through Calendly.
Is the intro call really free?
Yes. 15 minutes. No credit card, no commitment. If an audit does not make sense for you, I will tell you that.
